Five basic steps. One simple plan.

In the last four years, things have changed considerably for businesses of every size and shape.  Credit is tighter, costs are higher, the sales cycle is longer and the margins are thinner.

Almost nothing is certain anymore.  Except for this:

We build and promote brands so we sit right at the center of the advertising and communications world.  And despite what you might think about the rapidly evolving communications industry – all the confounding new technology – we’re certain that creating a successful marketing strategy is simple and can be boiled down to these five simple steps:

 -          Update your brand – Image is everything and attention spans are short.  Make sure your brand speaks for itself and connects with its target audience.  Make your brand’s logo, font, colors, icons and elements stand out today’s robust, media-driven platforms

 -          Polish your pitch – PowerPoint is out.  Use some of today’s new apps to put together a simple presentation that describes who you are and what you do in as few words and pictures as possible.

-          “Interactivate” your Site – You can no longer rely on your “Web guy” to update your site.  You need a Website that you can manage and update whenever you want.

-          Socialize your Site – Once you site is complete we’ll link it to the major social media platforms and apps.  Businesses are promoted from the “outside in”.  People need to be talking about you because while only a handful of people will listen and trust what you say about you – most people listen to what other people say about you

-          Communicate, elucidate, invigorate and always…entertain– Once you’ve finished the above you should go nuts – get creative.  Produce content on your site that connects with your clients.  Use words, pictures, audio, and video…whatever it takes.  Just do it often and do it well
